Five Points Psychiatry offers outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services. All patients must have an appointment. We have set office hours listed below. However, on-call psychiatrists are available to our patients after hours. We also offer pharmocogenomic (GeneSight or GenoMind) testing and interpretation, which helps but does not determine which psychiatric medications may work best for you. Dr. Hines has close affiliations in town with providers of intravenous ketamine treatment and transmagnetic stimulation (rTMS) therapies and prompt referral can be arranged, though these treatment modalities are not offered in the office.

In order to provide the level of service you deserve, Five Points Psychiatry does not take insurance. The initial assessment fee is $450 and all follow-ups are $250. We can provide a superbill upon request for you to file for out of network benefits.
